Remove the upper part to fill the mill. To do this, hold the lower part with one hand and gently twist the upper element about 0.5 cm counterclockwise until you hear a slight click. Take it off and then fill the chamber with the spice. Never squeeze spices to add more. Leave space at the top of the container so that you can close it freely. Pay attention to the quality of the spices, especially if they are not contaminated. Before adjusting, make sure the grinder is clean and that there are no stuck pieces of spices.

Note: Never grind when the spice container is empty, it may damage the grinder!

Clean with a slightly moistened, soft cloth. The mill should never be immersed in water. The grinder can be cleaned gently with a brush. After cleaning, dry the mill thoroughly.
